1. Scope and definitions
These general conditions apply to the services offered by the website www.co-racer.com. This website is published by ROAD TRIP EXPERIENCE - SA with a capital of 31000 euros - RCS Luxembourg B179386 - having its registered office, (hereinafter "ROAD TRIP EXPERIENCE") at 6C Porte de France, L-4360 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
The website is hosted by Dutiko - SAS with a capital of 1500 euros - RCS Paris B789041217 - with its registered office at 37 rue des Mathurins, 75008 Paris, France.
In these General Terms and Conditions:
"Road Trip Experience": refers to the company publishing the connection and booking services offered on the www.co-racer.com Website.
"Offer": refers to an offer of Track-Day, Coaching, Co-pilot ride, Driving experience, event or similar offer taking place on a racetrack, proposed for Booking and published by a professional user on the Website.
« User account » : Refers to the account that must be created in order to become a Member and access the services offered by the Website.
« Seller » : Professional user offering a booking offer via the Website. Sellers must be insured for the services offered and have a registration number.
« Buyer » : Individual or professional user making a booking of an offer via the Website.
« Booking » : Booking of services offered by members through the Website.
« Services » : Refers to any connecting, booking or other service provided through the Website.
« Website » : Refers without distinction to the website www.co-racer.com and more generally to any website or mobile application published or co-edited by Road Trip Experience.
« Member » : Refers to the Buyer, Seller, Passenger, Driver, Coach, Organizer, having accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use and using the site as a Seller, Buyer, Passenger, Driver, Coach or Organizer. Members are the sole decision-makers in the realization of the services offered on the Website.
« Driver or Pilot or Participant » : Refers to the natural person who has booked an offer with an Organiser or a professional Coach.
« Organizer or Coach or Seller » : Legal entity selling services on racetrack such as Co-pilot ride, Track-day, driving Driving Experience, Coaching, Events and similar offers.
« Passenger » : Refers to the natural person who has booked a Co-pilot ride as a passenger on racetrack or toll road.
« Services » : A defined service that a legal person undertakes to provide for the benefit of a private or legal person for a fee.
« User » : Individual or professional using the Website and having accepted the General Conditions of Use.
2. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and purpose of the Website
2.1. Online acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
The use of the Website is subject to the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use. When creating the User Account, Members must click on the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the site and the service offered". Only the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use allows Members to access the services offered by the Website.
2.2 Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
Road Trip Experience reserves the right to modify at any time the General Terms and Conditions of Use, the functionalities offered on the Website or the operating rules of the Service. The modification will take effect immediately as soon as the General Terms and Conditions of Use are posted online.
2.3 Purpose of the Website
The co-racer.com Website provides a platform for establishing contact between Sellers and Buyers, whether private or professional, for the booking of Co-pilot ride, Coaching, Driving experience, Track-day, Events or similar services on racetrack. The connection is made by means of a publication of an Offer by the Seller on the Website, and the Booking by the Buyer. These Services are available on www.co-racer.com and any other Websites through which CoRacer makes the "Services" available (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and in the form of applications for mobile phones, tablets and other intelligent devices.
2.4. Legal capacity
The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and the use of the Services on the Website as well as the Booking of an offer presuppose that the Users have the necessary legal capacity. In the event that the User is a minor or does not have this legal capacity, he/she declares that he/she has the authorization of a tutor, a curator or his/her legal representative.
In the event that the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use is made on behalf of a company or other legal entity, the User represents and warrants that he/she has the right to bind such company or other legal entity to these General Terms and Conditions of Use. In this case, the User will be considered as the said company or legal entity.
2.5. Compliance with the current legislation
The Website www.co-racer.com complies with Luxembourg regulations. Consequently, Road Trip Experience cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with foreign regulations applicable by a User located outside Luxembourg territory. Users must be aware of the local and national laws applicable to the offers they propose to Book on the Website, Road Trip Experience cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance of them.
3. Relations between the Parties
3.1. Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer
Via the co-racer.com Website, Road Trip Experience only acts as an intermediary between the Users of the Website. The Seller is responsible for the proper application of the Booking Service on the Website as a whole and for its insurance obligations. The Buyer is responsible for the proper compliance with the rules established by the Seller as well as its insurance obligations. Users are the sole decision-makers in the realization of the services offered on the Website.
3.2. Relationship between Road Trip Experience, its website co-racer.com and the Seller
The publication of an Offer on the Website does not imply any employment, partnership or other relationship between the Parties. The Seller is a third party independent of Road Trip Experience. Road Trip Experience does not control the Offer, its characteristics, its legality, the Seller's behaviour with the Buyer, on its website co-racer.com, and cannot be held liable for this purpose. Road Trip Experience's responsibilities are limited to providing access to the Website to Users, and its Services. Road Trip Experience, through its website co-racer.com disclaims any liability in connection with the direct or indirect relationship between the Seller and the Buyer which includes but is not limited to:
- Direct and indirect damage caused by the Buyer to the Seller.
- Any direct or indirect damage caused by the Seller to the Buyer.
- Incomplete or incorrect information on the Offer
- Incorrect information on the identity of the Seller or Buyer
- Inadequate behaviour or conduct on the part of the Buyer or Seller
- Cancellation or impossibility for the buyer to perform the reserved service due to third party elements or force majeure
3.3. Relationship between Road Trip Experience, its website co-racer.com and the Buyer
Road Trip Experience is not responsible for the Offers offered for booking on its Website. This responsibility is on the Seller. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for the proper performance of the Services offered for Booking through an Offer on the Website. Road Trip Experience cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur during the performance of the reserved Offer. Road Trip Experience accepts no responsibility for the direct or indirect relationship between the Seller and the Buyer, including but not limited to:
- Inadequate behaviour or conduct on the part of the Buyer or Seller
- Any direct or indirect damage caused by the Buyer to the Seller.
- Incomplete or incorrect information regarding the Service and its terms and conditions on the Offer
- A lack of insurance from the Seller for the Services offered as part of its Offer. A lack of insurance of the Purchaser in the context of a Reservation whose effective performance of the Service indicated in the Offer is subject to prior insurance.
- The lack of availability of the Offer on the requested dates, even when the Seller has indicated that they will be available in its Offer.
- Problems related to the proper performance of the Service or disagreement.
- Cancellation or impossibility for the Seller to perform the service due to third party elements or force majeure
4. Characteristics and Availability of the Service
4.1. Characteristics of the Services
The Offers appearing on the Website and the Services included therein are described by the Sellers. All information representing the Service is provided by the Sellers, who are solely responsible for any inaccurate information between the Service offered on the Website and the actual Service.
Road Trip Experience cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information.
4.2 Conformity of the Service
The Buyer is invited to review any information provided by the Seller on the Website to ensure that the Service meets its expectations before making the Reservation.
4.3. Availability of the Service
The availability of the Services is indicated on the Website, in the detailed sheet of each Offer, according to the information provided by the Seller. Road Trip Experience and its website co-racer.com cannot be held responsible if a Service is not available on the reserved date while the Seller indicated this date as available at the time of booking in its Offer.
5.1. Booking method
The reservation of a Service is made exclusively on the Website. To register and benefit from the service offered online by Road Trip Experience, each Member must first create a User Account.
5.2. The steps of the booking process
- Creating a User Account when you first Book or log in to your User Account.
- Selection of the Offer that the user wishes to book
- Reading the details of the Service
- Validation of the Booking by clicking on the validation button
- Provision of the information necessary for the identification and invoicing of the Buyer (not required if already entered in the user account)
- Selecting the invoicing method for the Booking process
- Viewing the details of the Booking
- Sending an email confirming the Reservation to the Buyer and the Seller with the details of the reservation
5.3. Booking error
Road Trip Experience cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any input error by the Buyer when Booking the Service, nor for any possible consequences.
Road Trip Experience and the Seller shall have no obligation to accept any cancellation or modification without charge in the event of an error in the Booking.
5.4. Booking error
Road Trip Experience reserves the right to refuse any Booking for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of payment problems, incorrect or incomplete information transmitted by Users, abnormally high Booking amounts or Bookings made in bad faith.
5.5. Data storage
Road Trip Experience saves Bookings and invoices in Europe on a reliable and durable medium considered by the parties as proof of communications, Bookings, payments and transactions made between stakeholders.
6. Obligations of the sellers
6.1. Seller' rights to the Service
The Seller undertakes to be the decision-maker, or the owner of the Service offered for Booking on the Website.
6.2. Authorization and Authentication of Sellers
In order to be able to publish offers on CoRacer and receive the related payments, the Seller must have a professional account on the co-racer.com website. In addition, the latter undertakes to have all the legal, regulatory, administrative and insurance authorisations necessary for its activity and the Services offered. Certain information must be communicated to CoRacer for authentication when creating the professional account, including but not limited to: Certificate of business registration and identity of representatives. Once authenticated, the account will be fully operational and the Seller will be able to receive payments.

Road Trip Experience shall in no event be liable for any failure or lack of insurance on the part of the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to provide the information required to put an Offer online by including all the elements necessary for the proper understanding of the Buyer, including, without limitation: services, dates, locations, options, insurance, restrictions, participation conditions, etc. The Seller may indicate specific rules and conditions for the acceptance of a reservation. The Booking request by the Buyer confirms acceptance. The default presentation of Offers on the Website is at the sole discretion of Road Trip Experience and its ranking algorithms. The Seller is solely responsible for the Offers published on the Website and their contents, however, it undertakes not to communicate in its offer any means of contact outside the CoRacer website including but not limited to: telephone number, website, email address, postal address. This would constitute a violation of our general terms and conditions of use. Road Trip Experience cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
6.4. Booking and Booking confirmation
The Seller offers the Services on the Website, specifying the place, date of availability and, if applicable, times. It also specifies the terms and conditions of the service. The Buyer books from the site by making an online payment exclusively via the payment methods offered.
When a Booking is made by a User, a validation request is sent to the Seller. The latter undertakes to reply within the time limit of the Booking Period (48 hours). The Seller is under no obligation to accept the Reservation but undertakes to respond to any request for a Reservation.
Road Trip Experience shall in no event be held liable for the Seller's response or lack of response to the Booking Request.
The Seller undertakes to carry out the Service(s) it has proposed in Reservation as well as the number of places available, on the agreed dates, times and places.
In the event of a booking request on dates when the Service is no longer available, the Seller undertakes to refuse the Booking as soon as possible.
The receipt of payment by Road Trip Experience constitutes confirmation of Booking, after the Booking Confirmation, Buyer and Seller are irrevocably bound in particular by the application of the "Cancellation Policy" below Article 8. Buyer and Seller are informed that the transaction is irrevocably concluded, by an email sent to the Buyer confirming the Booking, and an email is sent to the Seller informing him of the Booking.
The reservation is nominative. The Buyer and Seller must match the identity communicated to Road Trip Experience. The Buyer and the Seller are entitled to consider that the cancellation is attributable to the one whose identity corresponds to that mentioned on the Website. Road Trip Experience can in no way be held responsible for any identity problem of the Seller or the Buyer.
7. Obligations of Buyers and Insurance
The Buyer must always refer to the obligations and conditions set by the Seller, which are indicated in the details of the Offer.
Road Trip Experience shall in no event be liable for any failure or lack of insurance of the Buyer or Seller, lack or misinformation on the part of the Buyer or Seller.
7.1. Booking of Track-day or Driving Experience or Coaching services
In order to be able to book a Track-day or Driving Experience or Coaching services, the Buyer undertakes to be insured in accordance with the legislation in force and to check before the service is provided the full validity of his insurance in the context of racetrack driving and to benefit at least from a civil liability insurance taking this use into account. The civil party for the use of the vehicles vis-à-vis third parties is covered by the owners of the vehicles themselves. The Buyers undertakes to always carry with him the documents attesting to this insurance during the events in which he participates and to present them to the Seller or the organiser or the police services at the slightest request. He also undertakes to be in possession of a valid driving licence and to cancel his reservation, following a withdrawal of his driving licence, for any reason whatsoever. The Buyer certifies that the vehicle(s) he uses or will use in the context of the events in which he will participate will be under his full and entire responsibility and that he undertakes to take personal responsibility for the material damage suffered by the vehicle as well as for any physical damage he may suffer at the wheel and for the passengers present in the vehicle. The Buyer undertakes to be informed of the risks inherent to driving on racetrack and undertakes to maintain his vehicle (s) in perfect condition for use on the track.
The Buyer undertakes to always wear an approved helmet when requested by the Seller or the organiser of the event in which The Buyer is participating and to properly fasten his seat belt or safety harness, as well as for passengers or coaches who are in the vehicle. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the safety rules put in place by the Seller or the event organiser, or where applicable the highway code, and in particular not to drive unsafe. The Buyer undertakes not to bring children under 16 years of age or under 1.50 metres onto the track, or as the case may be according to the instructions given by the Seller or the organiser or the highway code.
7.2. Driving experience and related offers
The Buyer must always refer to the obligations and conditions set by the Seller, they are indicated in the details of the Offer or during the service. In the event that the current driving licence is mandatory, the Buyer undertakes to cancel his reservation, following a withdrawal of the driving licence, for any reason whatsoever.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1. Cancellation of the reservation by the Purchaser
In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, cancellation fees may apply:
- "Strict" Cancellation Policy: In the event of a strict cancellation, no refund will be available to the Buyer. Once the order has been confirmed by the Seller, no refund is required by the Buyer. The platform receives its commission (Service Fee) and pays the rest of the amount to the Seller.
- "Flexible" Cancellation Policy: In the case of a flexible cancellation, the Purchaser may be partially refunded in the event of cancellation, or not at all if the notice is less than 15 days. The cancellation rule is as follows:
If cancellation <15 days, then 0% are refunded.
If cancellation >15 days and <30 days, then 50% are refunded
If cancellation >30 days, then 100% will be refunded.
As a result, the Purchaser will be refunded the amount paid less the amount of these cancellation fees. The Seller will receive the remainder of the amount less the Service Fee if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service is provided.
When the cancellation occurs before the Service and due to the Buyer, the cancelled seat(s) are automatically made available to other Buyers who can book them online and are therefore subject to the same conditions. The cancellation conditions applied to the offer are chosen by the Seller.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the Buyer clicks on the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.
Refunds are made within 3 to 7 days from the date of cancellation.
8.2. Cancellation of the reservation by the Seller
In case of cancellation by the Seller:
- The Buyer is refunded the full amount he has paid under the cover that the funds for the Seller have not yet been paid (according to the Buyer's cancellation policy).
- In the event that only a portion of the funds have been paid (50%), the remaining funds will be refunded to the Purchaser (according to the cancellation policy applicable to the Purchaser). It is the Seller's responsibility to find a solution in its dispute with the Buyer.
- In the event that all the funds have already been paid (100%), it is the Seller's responsibility to find a solution in its dispute with the Buyer.
CoRacer may, if necessary, act as an intermediary in the management of disputes between its members but has no obligation of result as to how to find a solution.
In order to make Sellers responsible, guarantee the reliability of offers and protect Buyers from unwanted cancellations, CoRacer reserves the right to suspend the possibility for a Seller to publish offers with online booking if it cancels too often.
In the event of cancellation by the Seller, the latter must inform CoRacer as soon as possible via the contact form.
9. CoRacer service fees and terms of payment for Reservations
9.1. Service fees
"Service Fee": refers to the amount charged to the Seller for a Reservation via the use of the services of the platform. These fees are calculated as a percentage including VAT on the total amount of the transaction. This can be modified at any time by Road Trip Experience.
"Cancellation fees" refers to the fees charged to the Buyer in the event of cancellation of the transaction. These costs are intended to cover the costs incurred by the Seller.
9.1.2. Price components
The prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Service charges can be subject to 17% VAT. Road Trip Experience reserves the right to reflect any change in the VAT rate on its Service Fees. The percentage of the Service Fee is variable 10% to 20% depending on the offers published (VAT included if applicable), it can be modified at any time by Road Trip Experience. The percentage displayed on the Site integrates the Service Fees and the VAT. This percentage is displayed for any new service created and added. The Service Fees apply to all services and options.
The prices displayed on the Website may be in different local currencies. The service fee will be charged in the currency related to the Offer. The amount of the service fee may therefore vary according to the exchange rate applicable on the date of booking and the actual date of payment. Banking institutions or issuers of means of payment may also apply transaction fees for processing the transaction. Road Trip Experience shall in no event be liable for any variation in exchange rates and any additional charges for the transaction.
9.3. Method of payment
Payment is made exclusively online on the website www.co-racer.com. The Buyer undertakes and guarantees that he is the holder of the payment method used to make the Reservation on the Website and that he has the necessary funds to pay for the Reservation. The debit of the means of payment will be made when the Reservation is validated by the Seller. In the event that it is impossible to debit the means of payment, the Reservation will be cancelled. Payments made using a credit card are secured by an online payment service provider (Mangopay, Crédit Mutuelle group). For security and confidentiality reasons, Road Trip Experience has no access to any data relating to the means of payment of its Users, with the exception of the latest figures on its credit card.
9.4. Securing payment and services
The security of transactions is ensured by MANGOPAY SA, a limited company with a capital of 2,000,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 59 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 LUXEMBOURG and registered in LUXEMBOURG under number B173459, approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, 110 route d'Arlon L-1150 LUXEMBOURG : Mangopay Payment Services Framework Contract : Contrat-Cadre de services de paiement Mangopay
Members declare that they have read the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the MANGOPAY service and accept them without exception or reservation. Users undertake to make exclusive payments due for the reservation of services on the Company's Website, by means of a payment card in the buyer's name. Road Trip Experience cannot be held liable for payments made directly between buyers and Sellers. The Website only guarantees the security of electronic payments made through our partner MANGOPAY.
10. Payment of funds to the Seller
Road Trip Experience is responsible for collecting the sums paid by Buyers on behalf of Sellers as part of the Bookings made. Any payment paid by the Buyer commits the Seller to provide the reserved Service(s).
Road Trip Experience will pay the sums received for Reservations on the means of payment indicated by the Seller on its User account within twenty-four hours as follows;
Service subject to a "Strict cancellation policy": The full amount, less a service charge, will be paid to the Seller upon confirmation of the reservation.
Service subject to a "Flexible cancellation policy": The amount, less the service fee, will be paid to the Seller as follows as soon as the reservation is confirmed:
- 30 days before the start date of the service: 50% of the amount
- If the booking confirmation is made between 30 and 15 days before the start of the service, 50% of the amount is immediately paid.
- 15 days before the start date of the service 50% of the remaining amount.
The receipt of funds is made within a period that can be variable depending on the payment method used by the Buyer and his bank (About 3 to 7 days). Some payment methods may incur additional costs for the use of their services and deduct these costs from the amount paid to the Seller. The amounts collected will be deducted from the CoRacer Service Fee.

Customer service is accessible via the contact form available at the bottom of each page under the "Contact Us" section.
12. Responsability of the plateform
The "Services" resulting exclusively from the agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall not give rise to any liability attributable to Road Trip Experience, on any grounds whatsoever, the service offered by Road Trip Experience being an intermediation and Booking service.
In particular, Road Trip Experience cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may have occurred, including, but not limited to :
- the communication by the Driver, the Participant, the Passenger, the Coach, the Organiser, the Service Provider or the Buyer of incorrect information concerning the service and its terms;
- the cancellation of the service by the Seller or by the Buyer;
- the impossibility of performing the service by the Driver, Participant, Passenger, Coach, Organiser, Supplier or Buyer due to force majeure, inadequate weather, partial or total closure of the place where the event or service takes place (racetrack or tool road including Nurburgring Nordschleife), administrative problems, lack of insurance or accreditation. It is the responsibility of the Seller and the Buyer to find a solution if possible. CoRacer may, if necessary, act as an intermediary in the management of disputes between its members but has no obligation of result as to how to find a solution.
- an administrative problem, a failure or lack of insurance on the part of the Driver, Participant, Passenger, Coach, Organiser, Seller or Buyer or any problem due to a third party
- the fraudulent behaviour or fault of the driver, Participant, Passenger, Coach, Organiser, Seller or Buyer during, before or after the service. In particular, Road Trip Experience shall not be held liable in the event of fraudulent use of payment instruments by the Buyer. In this case, Road Trip Experience does not provide any guarantee of payment by the Seller.
- In the event of misconduct on the part of a User, on the Website or by any other means of communication or in connection with the Service, any User concerned shall be responsible for contacting the competent authorities to put an end to it.
Road Trip Experience reserves the right to close the account of a User whose behaviour is not acceptable without any compensation being requested. As such, Road Trip Experience may request any compensation.
Road Trip Experience strives to ensure the availability of the Website and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the Website or service may be interrupted as a result of maintenance operations, hardware or software upgrades, emergency site repairs, or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Road Trip Experience (such as, for example, failure of telecommunications links and equipment). Road Trip Experience undertakes to take all reasonable measures to limit such disruptions, insofar as they are attributable to it. Members acknowledge and agree that Road Trip Experience assumes no responsibility to them for any unavailability, suspension or interruption of the site or service and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from this fact. This limitation of liability applies to any type of indirect damage, including but not limited to loss of turnover, loss of orders, loss of data, loss of profit, damage to image and reputation. Road Trip Experience shall in no event be liable for damages caused by malicious software, viruses, inaccurate or omitted information from the Website, except if the damage results from a willful act or gross negligence on the part of Road Trip Experience.
14. Use of the Service and User Account
14.1 Use of the Service
The Website is free of access and free of charge to any User. Each User may only create one account on the Website. The user undertakes to provide real information on his User account allowing the proper functioning of the Services. The User has the possibility to delete his User account, this will automatically delete his User data.
14.2. Links to external sites
The Website may contain photographs, text, images, videos, music and other content belonging to third parties that are not controlled by Road Trip Experience. However, the posting by a User of links to an external Website is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our General Terms and Conditions of Use. Road Trip Experience can therefore in no way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by these external Websites.
14.3 Login and security
In order to access the Platform Services, the user will need to create a User account. This account can be created using an email address and password or directly using a Facebook account. Road Trip Experience cannot be held responsible for any misuse or leakage of the information provided by the User. For the purpose of proper functioning, the User must provide personal information such as first and last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. Business users will be required to provide additional information to authenticate them, including but not limited to: Trade registration number, identity of representatives.
The user is fully responsible for providing a sufficiently complex username and password. Road Trip Experience can in no way be held liable in the event of access to the User account by a third party and for any damage that may be caused. In case of suspicion of piracy, the user must inform CoRacer as soon as possible.
14.4. Use of the User account and suspension of the service
The User is solely responsible for the information contained in his public user profile, however, he undertakes not to communicate in any form whatsoever any means of contact outside the CoRacer site including but not limited to: telephone number, website, email address, postal address. This would constitute a violation of our general terms and conditions of use. Road Trip Experience cannot be held liable under any circumstances.
In the event of your failure to comply with all or part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, you acknowledge and agree that Road Trip Experience may at any time, without prior notice, temporarily or permanently suspend or suspend all or part of the Service or your access to the Website (including in particular your User Account) in the event of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use or for any objective reason.
14.5. Feedback from the User's experience
Buyers can leave their opinion on the reserved services. Any feedback left on the Website transmits a user license to Road Trip Experience.
14.6. User behaviour

17. Generality of the information

Any claim against Road Trip Experience in connection with this Agreement shall be time-barred within one year. It is irrefutably presumed that the Seller waives a payment that has not been requested within one year. Unclaimed amounts are acquired at Road Trip Experience.
17.2. Competent Jurisdictions
If necessary, the competent court in the event of a dispute shall be deemed to be the competent courts of the place where Road Trip Experience has its registered office in Luxembourg.
